Mandatory Onboarding as Sub-AUAs for DigiLocker Partners
The National e-Governance Division (NeGD) has set a targeted date of 15th June 2025 to become an Authentication User Agency (AUA). Following this, all DigiLocker Partners are expected to become Sub-AUAs and Sub-KUAs. The overall process involves a Sub-AUA Enrollment period of 90 days. For your convenience, a PowerPoint Presentation (PPT) detailing the onboarding process is attached.
With reference to the email dated 25.04.2025 regarding availing Aadhaar Authentication Services, Financial Implications, and charges, all DigiLocker Partners who are currently availing Aadhaar authentication services through the DigiLocker platform are required to mandatorily onboard as Sub-AUAs under NeGD.
