Maintenance and Support

This section covers ongoing maintenance and support for the Aadhaar Data Vault. The vault runs on your AWS; Think360 has access and keeps it running as part of the deliverables.

Overview

You get a working Aadhaar data vault that meets UIDAI guidelines, and we support it with ongoing maintenance. That includes operational support, security updates, and keeping up with UIDAI or regulatory changes where needed.

Scope of Maintenance and Support

• Operational support: We monitor vault availability, performance, and errors, and respond to incidents that affect the vault.
• Security and patches: We apply security patches and updates to vault components (API, database, integration layers) in line with your change and release process. HSM and encryption standards stay in place.
• Documentation: We keep technical docs (design, architecture, implementation, APIs) and operational docs (backup, DR, runbooks) up to date when the system or procedures change.
• Backup and DR: We make sure backup and DR procedures stay valid and tested as part of maintenance.
• Access: Think360 has access to your AWS (e.g. limited, role-based) as needed for maintenance and support. We use it only for the agreed scope and it’s logged and auditable.

Compliance and UIDAI

• We maintain the vault so it keeps meeting UIDAI specs and your compliance needs.
• If UIDAI or other rules change, we can agree on updates (e.g. to procedures, config, or docs) as part of change requests or support agreements.

1. Detailed technical documentation: Design, architecture, and implementation of the Aadhaar data vault.
2. A working Aadhaar data vault platform: Compliant with UIDAI guidelines and regulations.
3. Backup and disaster recovery plans and procedures: As in Backup and Disaster Recovery.
4. Ongoing maintenance and support: As described in this document.
