The platform provides a comprehensive Monitoring and Analytics solution that offers deep insights into the entire CKYC lifecycle. While the core services expose operational APIs for data submission and case management, analytics are delivered through a dedicated business intelligence (BI) platform, providing a holistic view of performance, efficiency, and data quality.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

The analytics platform tracks a wide range of KPIs to help financial institutions monitor their CKYC operations effectively.

Operational Metrics

  • Total Cases Processed: Track the volume of KYC cases processed over various timeframes (daily, weekly, monthly).
  • Processing Time: Monitor the average end-to-end processing time, from data submission to final resolution.
  • Throughput: Measure the number of cases processed per hour or per day to gauge system performance.
  • Success Rate: View the percentage of cases that result in a successful CKYC number creation or retrieval.

CERSAI Integration Metrics

  • Batch Status: Monitor the status of submitted batches (Accepted, Rejected) and drill down into rejection reasons.
  • Response Times: Track the time taken to receive RES0, RES1, and RES2 files from CERSAI to identify potential delays.
  • Match Rates: Analyze the breakdown of RES1 responses to understand the rates of:
    • No Match (CCC): New CKYC records created.
    • Confirmed Match (CCM): Existing records found.
    • Probable Match (CPM): Cases requiring RECON.
  • Rejection Analysis: Categorize and analyze the reasons for individual case rejections by CERSAI to identify common data quality issues.

Data Quality & AI Performance

  • AI Accuracy: Measure the effectiveness of the AI-powered data extraction and repair mechanisms.
  • Manual Intervention Rate: Track the percentage of cases that require manual review, highlighting opportunities for automation improvements.
  • Data Field Accuracy: Analyze the accuracy of specific data fields (e.g., Name, DoB, Address) to pinpoint systemic issues in source data.
