Overview

The Video KYC/ Video PD is a fully RBI-compliant Video KYC solution designed for Banks, NBFCs, Fintechs, Wallets, and other financial institutions. It leverages AI-assisted Facematch, OCR, and Liveness Detection to streamline KYC and OVD (Officially Valid Document) verification processes.

  1. AI-Assisted Facematch: Ensures reliable identification through facial recognition.
  2. OCR (Optical Character Recognition): Automates the extraction of text data from documents like PAN, Aadhaar, etc.
  3. Liveness Detection: Validates that the customer is physically present during the video interaction.
  4. Customizable Journeys: Define steps tailored to your onboarding needs.
  5. Built-In OVD Verification: Supports verification of Aadhaar, PAN, and other valid documents.

Actions

1. Watch Demo

  • View a comprehensive demonstration of the Video KYC solution.
  • Click the Watch Demo button to preview the functionalities.

2. Enable in Production

  • Activates the Video KYC/PD module for real-world use.
  • Toggle the Enable in Production switch to "ON."

3. Admin Portal

  • Access the administrative backend for configuration and monitoring.
  • Click the Admin Portal button.

4. API Details

  • View the API documentation for integration.
  • Click the API Details button to fetch API specs.

5. Custom Steps

  • Allows customization of the onboarding flow.
  • Click the Custom Steps button to define unique workflows.

6. Create Journey

  • Create new onboarding journeys.
  • Click the Create Journey button to initiate a fresh journey.

Predefined Journeys

Default Journey

  • Steps: 5
  • Workflow:
    1. Selfie: Capture a selfie of the customer for facial recognition.
    2. PAN: Upload and verify the PAN card.
    3. Aadhaar: Upload and validate Aadhaar details.
    4. Signature: Capture a digital signature.
    5. QnA: Complete a short questionnaire for final verification.

Additional Functionalities

Edit Journey

  • Modify any existing journey by clicking the Settings (gear) icon next to the journey name.

Delete Journey

  • Remove any test or inactive journey by clicking the Delete (trash) icon.

Getting Started

  5. Enable the solution in production and start onboarding customers seamlessly.
