View Journey

How to access, view, and manage flows in Video KYC/ Video PD journey

Overview

The View Journey functionality allows you to access, monitor, and manage your Video KYC/ Video PD flows. This includes viewing journey configurations, accessing admin and agent portals, and monitoring live Video KYC sessions.

Accessing Journey Management

1. Navigate to Subscriptions

From the KwikID SaaS dashboard, navigate to the Subscriptions section in the left sidebar. This is where you can manage all your API subscriptions and journey configurations.

2. Select Video KYC/ Video PD

In the main content area, you'll see different API category tabs:

  • All (with green toggle)
  • Machine Learning APIs
  • Verification APIs
  • Video KYC/ Video PD (currently selected)
  • Digital KYC

Select the "Video KYC/ Video PD" tab to access your video KYC journey configurations.

Main Service Description

The Video KYC/ Video PD section displays:

  • Title: "Video KYC/ Video PD"
  • Description: "Fully RBI compliant Video KYC solution for Banks, NBFCs, Fintechs, Wallets, etc with AI assisted Facematch, OCR and Liveness, with built-in OVD verification services."
  • Action Buttons:
    • Watch Demo (blue button) - View demonstration of the service
    • Enable in Production (green toggle) - Activate the service in production environment

Additional Management Options

Below the main description, you'll find several management buttons:

  • ADMIN PORTAL - Access the admin interface
  • API DETAILS - View API documentation and endpoints
  • SENDLINK - Generate and send verification links
  • CUSTOM STEPS - Customize the verification flow
  • CREATE JOURNEY - Create new verification journeys
  • Help (question mark icon) - Access help and support

Viewing Existing Journeys

Journey List

Your configured journeys are displayed as separate cards below the main service description. Each journey shows:

  • Journey Name (e.g., "Default", "Video PD")
  • Steps Count (e.g., "Steps: 5")
  • Creation Date (e.g., "Created at: 07 Apr, 25 12:52:53 pm")
  • Last Updated (e.g., "Last updated at: 07 Apr, 25 12:52:53 pm")
  • Flow Steps - Visual representation of the verification process
  • Action Icons:
    • Gear icon - Configure journey settings
    • Disable icon - Disable the journey
    • Delete icon - Remove the journey

A typical journey flow includes these steps:

  1. Selfie - Capture user's photo
  2. Pan - Verify PAN card
  3. Aadhaar - Verify Aadhaar card
  4. Signature - Capture digital signature
  5. Qna - Complete verification questions

Accessing Admin and Agent Portals

1. View Journey Details

Click on the gear icon next to any journey to view detailed information. This opens the "View Journey" modal showing:

  • Creation and Update Times
  • Domain Configuration (e.g., "strideone_uat")
  • Steps Count
  • Trigger Settings
  • Portal Links:
    • Admin Portal: https://strideone.test.getkwikid.com/admin
    • Agent and Auditor Portal: https://strideone.test.getkwikid.com/agent
    • Static User Link: https://strideone.test.getkwikid.com/user?client_id=strideone_uat&api_key=strideone_uat&process=U

2. Journey Flow Visualization

The modal also displays a visual flow diagram showing the complete journey progression:

  • StartSELFIE | SelfiePAN | Pan CardAADHAAR | Aadhaar CardSIGNATURE | SignatureQNA | QnaEnd

3. Access Portals

Use the provided portal links to access the respective interfaces:

Admin Portal

  • URL: https://strideone.test.getkwikid.com/admin
  • Purpose: Manage system configuration, user accounts, and overall system settings

Agent Portal

  • URL: https://strideone.test.getkwikid.com/agent
  • Purpose: Conduct Video KYC sessions, verify documents, and manage verification processes

Viewing Credentials

To access the admin portal, you'll need the following credentials:

  • Domain: Your configured domain (e.g., "strideone_uat")
  • Admin ID: Your admin username (e.g., "strideone_uat_admin")
  • Admin URL: The admin portal URL

Resetting Admin Password

If you need to reset your admin password:

  1. Access the "Admin Portal Credentials" section
  2. Enter a new password in the "Password" field
  3. Confirm the password in the "Confirm Password" field
  4. Ensure the password meets all requirements:
    • At least 8 characters
    • Includes uppercase letter
    • Includes lowercase letter
    • Includes a number
    • Includes a symbol
    • Passwords match
    • Less than 70 characters
  5. Click "Update" to save the new password

Video KYC Flow Interface

Main Interface Components

When conducting a Video KYC session, the interface includes:

Left Panel - Information Display

  • Basic Info Card: Shows captured user image, name, DOB, gender, and address
  • User Location Card: Displays user's location on a map (e.g., "Navi Mumbai")

Center Panel - Live Video Call

  • Main Video Feed: Primary video stream of the user
  • Picture-in-Picture: Smaller inset video showing the agent
  • Call Controls: Camera, microphone, speaker, and end call buttons
  • Call Status: Shows "ongoing call" with timer
  • Recording Indicator: Red YouTube play button for video recording

Right Panel - Selfie Capture

  • Selfie Section: Circular placeholder for captured selfie
  • Capture Button: "Capture Selfie" button for taking photos
  • User Info: Displays user name and "User Captured Image" status
  • Additional Video Feed: Circular video display with call controls

Session Management

  • Environment Toggle: Switch between SANDBOX and PRODUCTION environments
  • User Authentication: Login with domain, agent ID, and password
  • Concurrent Auditor: Option to enable concurrent auditing
  • Protected Content: DRM-protected streams for security

Troubleshooting and Support

Common Issues

  1. Portal Access: Ensure you're using the correct domain and credentials
  2. Password Reset: Follow the password requirements when resetting admin passwords
  3. Journey Configuration: Verify that all required steps are properly configured
  4. Environment Settings: Confirm you're in the correct environment (SANDBOX/PRODUCTION)
